Since I began working with them in 2008, I've watched them continuously evolve and improve their services. They're always the first real estate team to have the latest marketing tools and offer their clients a digital advantage, knowing and utilizing the most current technologies. The Atacan Group is the team who is setting the trends in Philadelphia Real Estate.
They approached me to help them with some pieces of a larger project to revamp their website. Their site is a well-known real estate search engine, even referred to as 'Philadelphia's number one real estate website.' It was functional and delivered the best listing results in the city, but the overall look of the site wasn't what anyone would refer to as trending. They knew that if they wanted to gain the most buy-in regarding their modern approach and results-generating status—the look of their website would need to evolve and communicate that advantage visually.
